Boyd "Skip" Tackett
Skip Tackett has over forty years of experience in all types of criminal and civil litigation. He was admitted to the Arkansas and Texas Bars in 1970 and
is admitted to practice in federal courts in both Arkansas and Texas and the United States Supreme Court.
His areas of practice include criminal defense, civil litigation, probate, oil and gas, domestic relations, wills, document preparation, and real estate.
He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1970 and has been in private practice since then.
Tiffany Tackett Kell
Tiffany Tackett Kell is an attorney and certified civil mediator with an extensive background in medical mediation and litigation and is admitted to practice in Arkansas.
She has a Masters Degree in Public Health and over thirteen years of experience in negotiating medial contracts.
Her areas of practice include all avenues of health law and mediation as well as most forms of civil and criminal litigation.
She currently lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, with her husband David and two children, Gibbs and Isabella.
Chasty Parker started with Skip Tackett as a paralegal and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in September 2008.
Her areas of practice include family law, document preparation (deeds, power of attorney, simple wills), civil suits, and probate, including guardianships and adoptions.
She lives in Vilonia with her daughter.
